After the birth of my son, I wanted to find a way to continue doing what I love—helping people feel confident and beautiful—but in a space I could truly call my own. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Late Policy At The Lab Beauty Co, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect all clients and maintain smooth scheduling: • Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. • No-call / no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. • There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals.
